    Great recipe!

    Red on half shell covered in mayo, Tony's, and lemon juice. Absolutely amazing!
    Bad day of fishin beats a good day of anything else

    Not dumb really.

    Yes, redfish (slot-sized) on the grill.
    Also works for black drum and sheepshead of similar size. :headbang:

    Hey this half shell stuff works real good for other feeshies too!

    We regularly do sheepies on the half shell.
    Leave the skin and scales on the fillets. Coat em with melted butter or olive oil, add yer seasonings and broil or grill on high for 4-7 min. Do not be put off by the smell of burning scales. Scrape the fish off the skin, dip in melted lemon butter.

    You can get no better seafood at a $50 dollar a plate restaurant.
    Just sayin.
