Fried King Mack
Cut into little nuggets about 2in by 2in , soak in yellow mustard (I like frenchs )for about an hour in the fridge.Do not wash off the mustard,batter and fry in peanut oil .I promise it's good!

I've used the mustard marinade and it's delicious! Mostly, I use it on fish that has been frozen to take away any strong taste. The flavor is much better than you might expect.
