    Fish stew for dinner

Using whiting I caught last fall. It was great. I have not cooked in a while. The recipe is on this web site if yoru are interested. search for fish stew. A glass of white wine and a couple of slices of pumpernickel bread. It was serves over abed of rice. Easy to cook and ready in less than 45 minutes.also very healthy.

My wife had oral surgery this week so I have been hitting the freezer fish supplies nightly. Baked pompano or night, fried flounder the next night, fish stew with whiting filets last night and enough leftover for lunch today. My wife says I must make room for the fall trip fish. That is a good problem to have.
