Remember to be kind to restaurant workers on Easter!
Anyone who goes out to eat tomorrow be sure to treat the people working at that establishment kindly. They are having to spend time away from their families to serve you. I know first hand. I just got home from work a few minutes ago and have to go back in at 6 in the mironing to serve an Easter buffet. On top of that I will be working 15 hours tomorrow because a few of us have to stay to work dinner shift as well(we have always closed but the presdent of the company wants us to be open for dinner). That will be the end of a 65 hour work week for me. So remember, be kind to those serving you. They would much rather be spending time with their families. Hope everyone has a happy Easter.

Re: Remember to be kind to restaurant workers on Easter!
Great words of advice, Justin. Sometimes people forget those intricate details on a holiday. I'd venture to say it was one of the reasons I sold my restaurant a couple years ago. I was stuck helping the manager nights and weekend, and you guessed it, on holidays!
Although, I must admit, the revenue and tips are great every holiday--so when it coms to hours, I never complained that much. Those extra dollars go a ways to treat your own family a day or two later.
If only customers were courteous everyday. Although, the same falls into the hands of the employee to not take out having to work long hours on the consumer. I've seen both sides of that coin.
Happy Easter all!

A good way for us to all "calibrate" the turbidity numbers will be for people to report their general impression of visibility pretty often (including time of day) at the station. Which brings up...
