that we can agree on - it'll have to bear totally unbearable daily to consider surgery
Be carfull with the ibuprofen, it will eat a hole in you stomach and give you a bleeding ullser. If I knew that I could go and fish on the rock all day just getting a shot in the back, I would have gotten one along time ago.
TRY AN INVERSION TABLE. I BOUGHT ONE 2 YEARS AGO AND HAVE ONLY BEEN TO THE CHIROPRACTOR ONCE SINCE I STARTED USING IT. JUST TAKE IT SLOW TO START WITH AND GRADUALLY INCREASE ANGLE AND TIME SPENT INVERTED. WORKS FOR ME!!
LOL I just sent my inversion table to my son and his room mates in Oxford. Did me no good.
My wife had back surgery and was back at work (lite duty of course) after only 2 days off work. My dad is 75 and has had back problems for at least 40 years had surgery about two weeks after my wife and he now gets around with complete ease.
Spinal fusion?
I think my wife had some things trimmed in her lower back but my dad had steel rods and screws put in, his recovery was longer but now has no problems.
