Costa sunglasses
I have to vent sorry. Im not happy with the repair department at Costa Del Mar. I sent a pair of glasses back with 3 defects (2 factory and 1 my fault) and they wanted over half the retail price of the glasses to fix them. Im not telling you not to buy them just watch out if you need to send them in for repair. :moon: :moon:

??? What were the defects? Have sent both pairs of mine back numerous times and it only cost me shipping?

That sucks. Sorry you had bad luck. Sent mine back to get the rubber part of one ear piece rrplaced and they replaced my lenses for free. WTF? Maybe talk to a supervisor

The rubber on the arms came off and the rubber nose peice started coming apart the one that was my fault was a broke lens, a friend of mine sent the same kind back last year for a broke lens and they repaired it for 30.00 and they want 79.95 plus 11.95 processing fee from me :wall:

I have been sending emails to them and now they even stopped returning them so the next best thing is to let people know through social media, like I said not saying don't buy the product just watch yourself.

They don't replace just one. They replace both lenses.

They are the glass lens i think that is the 580 my friend and I had the same pair.

Call customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor. That doesn't work, ask for his supervisor and so on. I never deal with the person who answers the phone. They seldom have any authority
