Thread: WTB: Mitchell 302

I'm interested in aquiring a 302 in nice shape. I have some smaller Mitchell reels and I'd like a 302 to match...There are some on ebay, but I wanted to give the forum a shot first! Whatcha got???

I got a Mitchell 302 with new drag washers I wouldnt mind parting with it's very smooth and didn't fish it but one time this year. It's got a manual pickup and crosswind cam. I'd like to get. 100 for it. Just shoot me a pm if your intrestested

Ive got a nice 302 on here with factory bail for $60

I bought the one from mack attack...thanks randy, I'll pass it on. A couple of buddy's of mine are looking for one also...or when i get paid again, i may snag it if it's still around.

302 LH is 303.
Best bet is ebay. $40-60 is normal for good condition. Be warned - NOS manual pickups are extremely rare for the 303. Took me four months to find one on ebay - watching it multiple times per day. Not unusual for NOS to be up to 2x the price of the reel. Even machined ones are hard to find.

Would you be interested in a 407? My son has one that he gave me the green light to sell for him. It already has the manual pickup and crosswind cam installed.
