id suggest the yellow cart and strap some pipe on it they have alot of advantages those aluminum dont have like ROOM and stuff dont fall out of em as easy and u can put more poles on it if you get the larger one but its haevier to load than the aluminum carts
The frame from a lowes garden wagon, a sheet of 3/8" plywood, and a stick or two of 1.5" pvc, a few bolts and a few hours and you're in for about $50. I'll post a pic later
Building a cart is the way to go. Why be like everyone else? Not that is it bad for those who own the store bought carts. By building your own you have the opportunity to stand out. Just find something with wheels then add rodholders. Very simple. The only thing to look out for is hard plastic wheels. They are loud rolling down the pier. You can put as much or as little into as you want. The simplest and cheapest design I have seen is a rolling cooler with rod holders attached.

My first few were coolers with rod holders.....but found a small pier cart for 50 and never looked back....and glad to look like everyone else....that cart has come in handy around here to a few times..... hauling stuff out to the baseball diamonds through the grass fields....cooler, chairs and umbrella's :headbang:
still looking forward to your new one Dick :yippee:
