Thread: Wisconsin on the way

Hey Y'all...we are heading down on Sunday, very excited for the drive. Just playing.
We have been coming down there for twenty five years, but this is our first August trip. Had a blast this spring, a huge thank you to all on the pier for the help.
How are the fish biting right now?
We don't need a bunch, just looking to have my kids reel in a few. Thanks for the help. I'll bring the doughnuts.

Guess your gonna try your luck before school starts. Should be great fishing, but I would get out early due to the extreme heat during mid day. A lot more comfortable. I'm still in the northwoods but will be back in mid sept. Can't wait. Wish I could be there with you to share a spot on the rail, but my time will come soon enough. Have fun and say hello to the pier rats for me. Look up Chris in the mornings. He'd like a doughnut and will be full on help and knowledge, as well as Haywire if he's on his meds!

Thank you, Todd. I hope to send you pictures of my little ones catching fish. After 20 plus years going down to the gulf, I appreciate the kindness of the folks on the pier. You are a great man.

wish I could be there with you, but there are a bunch of great pier rats out there to help you out and socialize with. With your family's attitude and personality, you'll fit right in. Have a great time and post photos for us all to see.
