Pretty sure J&M has them. I think Johns brother used to build them for the store.

I'm almost dead certain that J&M has them for around $30.00. Home Depot had the kits for around $15, but that was three or four years ago.

Waves or Pier 33 on West Beach had some a few weeks ago and I didn't look at the price.

I was in J&M this past weekend, they have them up at the counter, did not check the price though.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
