You can catch both reds and trout in the grass on the east end of Ole River toward the east end of Ono Island where the river gets wide and shallow. The grass flats on the north side of Ono Island are also good at times. Any oyster bars or beds you can find in the numerous bays and creeks are good. There are a couple outside soldier creek, but they are hard to find if you don't know where they are. Best bet is around grass on shallow flats. Topwaters early, then live shrimp under a float later in the day.
