Where to catch mud minnows at GS

My son and I will be coming down on October 15 for 4 days of hard fishing. We really enjoy catching our own bait and are interested in trying to trap/cast net some mud minnows for flounder. Not asking for anyone's "secret spot", and I know (generally) their preferred habitat, but where is a good place to start looking for them at Gulf Shores?

Looking forward to connecting some of the names here with some faces out on the Pier. Thanks ... Philip

I would throw the net at boggy point and cotton bayou ramps for finger mullet and small croakers. They will be right on the ramps. Early morning and evening seem best.
