Not real sure that its legal in Alabama but I think people do at Ft. Morgan, maybe someone else knows the laws.

Technically, you can fish for sharks from the beach, but can't chum and you cant create an "unsafe condition for bathers, swimmers..."

And you can't fish for them from the beach in the state park.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
