What's up (or down) with the Water temp?
Must be some upwelling or other to cause such a drastic spike in water temperature this time of year!
From 84 to 74!!!
@ Perdido Pass...
@ 42012 from 85 to 77, then back up to 83????

Thanks noticing the water temp. thought i was imagining the cold water thursday night into friday morning.I hit the beach thursday night for some fleas(only caught a few very small ones) and the water felt a little chilly.Probably why we didn't see any fish friday morning.

Interesting. On Thursday we started catching whiting for the first time and that was ALL we caught for the next 24 hours. Hadn't caught a single one in the 5 days of fishing previous to that. And the water was noticeably colder on Thursday. We were at mile marker 7 on FM road (near the old governor's mansion).

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
