    What's biting on the Pier?

I will be down in Gulf Shores for 7 days next week and was looking for advice on how to and what to expect to catch from the pier. Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum, Bass. There is a Q&A-Gulf Shores Pier Fishing page you should look at. Check out " What's Biting When ? ". If you spend some time reading past posts, I believe you will learn a lot before you get there. An Encyclopedia at your fingertips. Hope y'all have the best luck, and post some pictures.

Read all the great advice already posted and don't be afraid to ask questions a/o stand back and observe first time out. All the regulars are great about teaching new folks.
Lou, and go to J&M, ask them about tackle to catch Spanish and kings. They won't bullsh&$ you.
Have fun. It's a great time to be here.
