What do fish eat on Thanksgiving??

Turkey of course, Turkey Necks to be exact!

Went to throw giblets overboard and saw two nice Dolphin chasing flyers. Grabbed the rod, rigged a circle hook with a turkey neck under a water bottle float and dropped it in. Didnt take long and they turned on. About 36"FL/42"TL.

Prob a big ole smile! I lost a nice 30+lber last year at the gaff. I was hoping for better results this year. Not the easiest thing to catch n gaff a fish solo at my pier height.

    Great photos! Fine dolphin!

I once caught a chicken dolphin on cut bonito, but a bull on a turkey neck? WOW.
