    West Pass Dredge

    I see that the dredge at the West Pass Bridge, coming out of the Little Lagoon, is beached. I don't know if they quit pumping or if it took a crap. I know that the last time I saw it was sunk with the pump surrounded by water. Then they pulled it out of the water and now it is beached. I don't know if that is good or not.
