Which type of license to get
I am planning to come down next week to fish. I am trying to decide if I should just get a pier license or an expanded one that is good beyond the pier. Are there other good places to fish that make it worth getting an expanded license. I don't do surf fishing (jetties and bridges are OK), so if that's the only other option beside the pier it may not be worth it.

If you are only going to fish the pier, just get the pier license.
But for a few more dollars, you can fish just about anywhere else along the coast if the oppurtunity arises.Carl

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
