Tips for Camping?
My wife has hinted that she may not join me this year at Gulf Shores. To save money and fish more I am thinking about camping at the state park. May wait until weather cools to increase odds. Love to camp, so I'm guessing there should be no issues but the weather for tent camping? Maybe Gators? September or October is the goal. Thoughts or Tips?

September is the peak of hurricane season and it may still be hot as Hades. Bring a crimson and white tent. Gators are terrified of it.

watch for fire ants!!! bring an extension cord and a fan. you have electricity at the campsites. if you have a choice, take campsites 4,5,6,7,22 or 24 on live oak drive. they seemed to be the most shaded.

Rent a condo?
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
