I watched a lady reeling with the reel on top Saturday, thinking "there's a googan", until I realized she was holding it upside down with the rod resting flat on the rail so she didn't have to support big thing.
Sometimes there's method in the madness.People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

Sounds like a challenge! Who's going to be the first to land a king with the rod upside down?
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
