From fort Morgan area. Been fishing past couple days in the surf.
Fresh dead shrimp has resulted in whiting!
Nothing has hit the cut bait. Crabs are getting them!!!!!
nothing on bubble rig or spoons. Not sure if Spanish mackerel or blues are here yet.

Been fishing the surf about a mile and a half east of the fort and caught a ton of whiting and a couple pompano. Fished down by fort off of the last road and got 10 pompano 4 solid keepers in the 16" range and lost one red. All on fresh dead shrimp.

Rough surf dislodges sandfleas and ghost shrimp. Fish a rip current if you can find one. Use Sputnik weights if you have them.
