    Surf Poles

Just wondering how many poles you can have out in the surf and still be legal. I usually go with two and just wanted to make sure I'm ok. Maybe I'm just missing it but I couldn't find it in the regs. TIA

I may be wrong, but as far as I know, the only limit for poles in the surf is sensibility. We go with two each, and one of those is for lures or whiting. Good luck!

    Welcome D.A.

NO restrictions on the number of rods fished from the beach...

Like its been said, you can call and request that information but the state and city have no ordinances or rules about number of fishing rods in the surf for fishing
