    Sturdy knife needed

First time cleaning sheepshead and I found my fillet knives to be to flexible. From Michigan and I'm not use to the thick skin. Any suggestions for a good knife for cleaning sheepies? Also a shout out to the worker at J&M for helping me with some tackle for sheepies! I was able to put 7 in the cooler yesterday. I did not get his name but a real nice guy.

Next time you go to j&m's, pick up a dexter filet knife. It's got enough backbone to get the job done on those sheepies!

Dexter Russell makes a skinning knife that is perfect for making that initial starting cut down the dorsal side of the fish. Scales...what scales

Dexter 142-9SC serrated scalloped slicer. It cuts through bones like a saw.
