Stolen Van Staal
On Monday 6-06-2016 Scott and Garrett Christie had a Gold van Staal vs150 serial #19953 stolen from their cart. If you were there and drive a white Ford pickup please look in the bed the kids suspected in the theft have stated that they placed it in the bed of a truck when they thought that they were gonna get caught.

I'm confused, how can they be "suspects" if they admit to ditching it to avoid getting caught?
Where I come from that is called "guilty".
They need the crap beat out of them most brutally, something like 25 hard strikes to each hand with a Sabiki rod.
And each of them to replace the reel, yes two reels to replace the one.
That's my idea of punishment & justice.Ragnar Benson:

Maybe caining would be in order. Or a tattoo "thief" on the forehead.

Jeff is asking for help trying to get the reel back, not comments about the situation or what should be done with the people. I can see this thread getting out of hand real quick.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
