specks and reds in fish river
the reds and specks are thick in fish river typically fishing under the lights.with small split shot and a small treble with live shrimp. you'll typically find more specks in fish and more reds in magnolia but like i said they are thick we limited out on specks for 4 people and got a couple 27 inch reds
get the gaff!!!

When did you go, and find any 25+ trout around ?
Give a googan a king, and he can eat for a day. But teach a googan how to kingfish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years

Hit it during the day, incoming tide and leave the shrimp at home, fish hard baits and you'll start seeing 22+ if you fish the right spots

As far as specific spots, you're on your own. However find small fish and the bigger fish are below them. As far as presentation goes, slow is the word. When I say slow I mean when you're working your bait at a pace that is painfully slow, slow it down even more.

Re: specks and reds in fish river
I don't know where Swan Island is, but anywhere you can find deep water (outer bends, cove mouths and the like) could be productive now that the cold air has returned. Just remember this motto, "Low and slow are the ways to go." Good luck.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
