    Shrimp Boil in Foil

This evening my sweet wife made us a shrimp dinner. The contents were fresh shrimp, turkey sausage, red baby potatoes, and fresh corn on the cob. All of the contents are wrapped up in heavy duty aluminum foil and seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and Old Bay seasoning. Bake in the oven at 425 for approximately 30 minutes.

It was very good and can't wait to eat it again.

Sounds great!- my only question is about the shrimp- was it in foil the full cooking time?- if so we're they still tender?

Since it only takes about 3 minutes to cook shrimp, I would think they would be overdone! IMHO.

I would think it would be tough after that temp and time. I think cooking everything and at the end open foil insert seasoned Shrimp wrap the food will cook the shrimp.

No, the shrimp turned out fine to me. We made 4 packs and cooked them at the same time. We even reheated the other two and ate them the next night. I thought they were good as well.
