Shark Night Part Deax....TBD
Alright so want to go ahead and start planning it now and seeing if we can get some people out there, and see if some people can make it. Figure if you all's work is like mine, I have to plan way ahead. Looks like probably the 22nd or 23rd when I'll be able to do it. Need some bait, 2-3 big set-ups, kayak, and a few people to make it happen. Rented a kayak last time, but it would be great if someone who owns one could bring theirs. I've got no problem taking the bait out as long its not too rough.
Let me know if your up for it....

Gonna be a little sporty for the person taking the baits out.

Need a jetski instead of a kayak. It would be hard to get through that surf at night.
Is the trip still on? I wouldnt mind going and hanging out, even though I have no shark gear or surf gear whatsoever.

but you'v got a kayak
Give a googan a king, and he can eat for a day. But teach a googan how to kingfish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years

This sounds like a lot of fun, ya'll gonna be out there Saturday? Any room for a rookie, who has never fished shark from the beach?
If ya'll want another rig, I've a Master-Custom Striker, 6'6"- Heavy, with front/rear rollers, and a Penn Senator 114H reel.
I can spool up with some 80-120# mono, I don't have any appropriate tackle, but could pickup whatever terminal ya'll suggest to do one or two rigs.Ragnar Benson:

It isn't looking too good at this point. I've got no problem going down there and trying but I'm not taking baits out in that, and if its lightning its definitely not a good idea. Bubba if you want to take baits out hahaha....Extreme Kayaking oke1: ;D last time it was 1-2ft and I sure felt like a bobber. out there : ) What you think Mike?
