Thread: Shark fishing around Fort Morgan area from the surf?

Coming back down last week of March to a beach front house minutes from the Fort. Is there a good place to shark fish in that area? Technique? I know where to find the Bull Reds but my boys want to try fishing for sharks from the beach.Thanks!

Has something changed I don't know about? I know if you walk around the point, out of the actual fort property I think your fine. I used to live down the road and we were fine so long as we outside the city of gulf shores city limits, and there's a few spots you can get to but most are private for the neighborhoods and condos. We had some decent luck just a little further up the peninsula when we did a shark trip. You can probably find it still if you search for it on here. Or Fin may still have it somewhere in the archives
