Saturday the 6th: Stay Away or Head to the Pier??
I always tell myself to stay away from Gulf Shores on holiday weekends.
Everything is crowded, traffic is crazy and the drive back to Mobile can be total hell.
But I need a pier-fix really bad.
So, Saturday the 6th: Stay Away, Far Away orHead down to the Pier ??
That is the question.
What is the answer?????Carl

That's simple....YOU head to the pier...Just convince everyone else to stay home.

up to you brother, this is the 4th of July weekend and unless you want to catch jacs and hardtail, there aint much there. If I were to chose between this weekend and next Id be going next, but I don't know your schedule, if you cant go for another month than i'd be there this weekend
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.

Hmmmm, still early for a solid prediction, but... I really don't wanna get soaked and dodge lightning bolts like last Saturday.
But then again, the storms only lasted a couple of hours.
I'll bide my time and plan on showing up Saturday.
Saturday Showers and thunderstorms likely. Cloudy, with a high near 85. Southeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.Ragnar Benson:

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
