I can't get the link to buy a Alabama fishing license to load. Anyone else have the same problem?

Finally got through. Most likely it was my raggedy computer. Or, it could've been the raggedy user!

Whoa Nellie stop the cart! what is this registry? First time I have heard about it. Now cut me some slack pls, I had just got back into the pier fishing after a 17+yr hiatus! Would someone talk me thru this? I wil not be fishing there now for about 4-5 months as I am going to Vegas to visit my eldest son and family..actually my yr old grandson and the one to be born in Dec...so if you want to wait and answer in spring fine, but I was going to go ahead and purchase my saltwater lis., and pier pass for the yr...Thank you guys!

https://www.countmyfish.noaa.gov/register/q_2011_intro.jsp
Starting January 1, 2011, if you have a saltwater recreational fishing license or registration from any state or U.S. territory EXCEPT Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, you are AUTOMATICALLY registered and do not need to take further action.
Otherwise, the following questions (at the link below) will help you determine whether you need to register with the National Saltwater Angler Registry.

Over 65 Alabama residents need to do this and there is no charge. Just google the state web site where you can buy the license online and there is a link for the registry and you just fill it out and print it.
SOLD. Thank you
