You can eat them. They are actually decent to eat. Like a channel cat

I saw a couple of guys fishing for small hardhead cat on the pier that were going to use them for cobia bait from a boat back in early May.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
