Ironman, I’m too sad to report....
It was another quick run at daylight - over and done quick. I managed to get 1 king back to the pier that I cut loose. Another came unbuttoned- and one good fight from ashark that I also cut loose. Good sized Spanish on bubbles were scattered at best. No current and no wind. At least it’s easy to keep up with your bait....Good times, Good friends, Great Beer. You can buy all three - But it's always better to invest the time to make your own.

I will report the most exciting thing I have seen since we got here - yesterday afternoon a 1/2 acre of jacks exploded on bait just North of the tee....it looked like it was raining bowling balls. One poor soul hooked up - and followed it all the way to the Octi - but got tangled in some braid on the corner and got broke off.
Nature is AWSOME!Good times, Good friends, Great Beer. You can buy all three - But it's always better to invest the time to make your own.

Ironman,
i feel your preaching to me and I would if I could post photos to back it up, otherwise it's just a fish story!

Not at all, you still give reports.....pictures are just a plus, but in no way necessary .....Mr. Wire always post when on the pier with no pictures, we get lucky when others chime in....no one is at one end to the other to know whats going on....I appreciate all contributions to the forum....it is what keeps it going....without contribution's from members it might disappear.....that would be a real shame.....my visit are slim and few but understand the importance of text's to read and post when I can

Bill,
I feel the same way. I've never officially met any of the forum members, (I've spoken to Haywire once or twice in passing) but I think of everyone here as a friend and I sure do like hearing about what's going on- both on the pier and more generally. I'd be on the pier a lot more if I could, but right now once or twice a year is all I can manage.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
