    Roll Call: Where is everyone?

Y'all! I just thought I'd start sort of a daily check-in thread. Something new to see every day maybe. It gets a little slow around here!

I have a desk job, for the most part, so I check this place often!

    What's everyone up to today???

Staying at home in the AC as much as possible here in Orange Beach. Today, I'm waiting for the plumber to show up, then I have to go to work to afford to pay him. "Work is the curse of the drinking class."

These dog days are worse than February, and there is a chance of tropical activity. It's so hot, the cat came walking up with my razor in his mouth so I could shave him and give him some relief from his fur coat. He changed his mind, though, when he realized that water was involved.

Been hitting the dock lights at night for specks so just now relaxing in the AC, might take a nap soon.

This is a GREAT time of the year for night fishing under lights! Beats the mid-day heat and how great it is to pull up to a light that has a huge gator trout on it!

You ain't kidding! The surf has been so slow lately so I have just spent my time devoted to the dock lights. Been pulling in some nice reds also along with the specks. Last night had one gator throw the hook right as I was getting the net to her, oh well. Hit some shallows around perdido bay and wolf bay looking for flounder but not really anything worth talking about.

Like FinChaser, I'm just cooling it in front of the Flat Screen watching the news, drinking sweet tea and hoping to get an upskirt shot of one of these gorgeous female Newscasters on the cable networks. When your old it's not hard to be entertained. :-)
Dance naked my friends, life is short.
