    Rods

Ok this is my last post for a while seeing as how next week I'll be on the pier several times to do some fishing and visiting with the pier pros!!!! I'm wanting a rod that is good for throwing plugs wanting a 9ft er but an 8 will work too any advise on what kind of rod to get for the money but don't want to go in debt buying it! I'll be fishing for kings or whatever else is big!!! Preferably a spinning rod any suggestions or know someone who has one they want to part with?

Talk to J&m You might want to build one. Either Mudhole.com or have guys at J&M build one they will put you right.

I have only one problem withJ AND M. last fall I was down for a month. Had one reel needing work and gave it to them on second day. Did not get it ready until the day before I left. I guess that proves their popularity.

The reason I bring many extra's....not because of that (j&m) ....failures happen, I grab another and keep fishing, or go back to the condo and get another replacement....left a 2 pc rod I trashed trying to get it apart to pack and twisted(ripped) the fiberglass bad .....left it with John over the winter and to my surprise he fixed it....I wrote it off as gone....thanks Mr. John g
