Rod Recommendation
Hey guys...I'm planning on picking up a Spinfisher 3500 reel very soon. I was originally going to just purchase the combo, but the rod is one piece and I would rather have a 2 piece for travelling easier. Anyone have a recommendation on a two piece spinning rod around 7' long that would pair with that reel? Thanks in advance for the advice!

What's your price range? Might I suggest going to any online tackle store and reading reviews and base your decision off of that- then go to the store if it's close and see how it feels.

The best economical starting combo I have ever used is the Penn Pursuit ll You can get the rod and reel combo for $58 It comes with two piece and one piece rods The reel holds 230 yds of 10 lb mono and is a very powerful reel as is the rod I just bought two more yesterday While I use these primarily for bubble rigs for Spanish I have caught every game fish in Gulf Shores with the combo
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
