Report on last nights fishing symposium a+++++
If you missed last nights fishing meeting, you missed a ton of valuable information. This observation is from a newbe, but I have been saltwater fishing, in the Winter months, for 5 years and freshwater fishing for 65 years. David, Ringo, Ralph & Dustin did a super job and I would like to THANK Top Gun for putting it on. You guys didn't hold anything back, and answered all of our questions, dumb or not. I was was particularly impressed how David answered the question from the guy that wondered what he could catch with his fly rod. I would have been in his position had I not gone on the FORUM and asked about bringing my fly rod down here, and John G told me to leave it home. Thanks, John! I haven't found a place yet that I could have used it. In TX, yes, but not here. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! OH, I forgot to thank the little honey that handed out the prizes, it was worth going to the meeting just to see her. TIGHT LINES!!

It was good meeting you last night flyguy!
I had some camera issues and battery changes, but managed to capture almost an hour of Pier#r's presentation which I am working on now. should have it ready this afternoon. I also got a good portion of Ringo's and Ralph's presentations. I will work on those after I get #r's up and running. I will start a new thread in the Q & A board with the videos. Stay tuned.

It was a pleasure to meet you last night, Fin! I hope everything works out with the video, a lot of people are waiting to see it. I thought pier#'r would be a lot older than what he is in order to have all the knowledge that he has about saltwater fishing. To have all the knowledge that he has I actually thought that he would have to be a 100+. He is still a puppy. He must do a lot of research & reading as well as the actual application and note taking and recording. I have said it before, the man is amazing!! I was honored to meet him.
I hope we meet again Fin, Tight Lines!

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
