Red fish
Hey, I'm new to the forum but been fishing most my life, a little pier and surf when I get the chance on vacation.. I will be down for a week after next week and was wondering are the reds running good right now and if so what bait are you guys using.. I'd like a little insight from you guys so I'll have a good chance when I get down there lol.. thanks in advance

And, if a school of bull reds runs through, anything you throw at them will catch them (and there will probably jacks mixed in with the reds, so be ready for a fight)

Awesome.. I'm used to fighting reds, speck, drum, and what not.. haven't had me a jack yet though lol.. what time are they usually running in morning and night.. I'm excited been a year or so (way to long) since I had a good fish fight, bass around my area don't equate to good salt water fishing

There's no particular time that they run...I've seen them run anywhere from early morning to late at night and everywhere in between. Just be looking out for the school busting on the the surface and start casting...you can probably throw a bare hook in and catch them

Wow. That's all, just WOW.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
