Recommended tackle
So my wife said to me that she would like to go to see her Dad for Fathers Day and spend a few days so I could fish.
He's in Panama City so my plan is to target Kings and Spanish , this is my first Gulf trip since we relocated to Ga.
I would have been going at it hot and heavy but had Spinal Fusion Surgery after settling in and been down for 6 months .
Well with Physical therapy and good xrays my Doctor said I can start to resume some Lt. fishing activities .
So I plan on just talking a minimum amount of gear with me , Previously fishing the Piers in North Carolina I packed for all contingencies , But I'm going to go with the old "Travel Lite"
Cart , 3 to 4 rods , cooler (drinks and food) cooler ( bait&fish)
Now tackle selection is were I need advice , what rigs ? and what else .
I've soaked in a lot from all your posts , in just don't want to show up with the wrong gear .
I will hit the local tackle shop , Thanks for any help you haveLast edited by jollymon; 06-04-2018 at 05:11 PM.
If you are going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and brother, it's starting to rain!
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
