Thread: Pier Tournaments

i plan on hosting at least 1 or 2 tournaments this year, im just waiting for fish to show up then ill give more details. we need to have more tournaments like the pier rats tourney and the old farts vs young guns, i DONT plan on doing those 2 but somebody should hold it. the tourneys i plan on hosting would be for ex: $10 entry fee biggest king wins the pot. but i suggest somebody to hold the old farts vs young guns and pier rat tourney. since mr. pete doesnt fish any more nobody holds tournaments anymore. SO LETS DO SOME!!!!

We always do king tourneys. Let's do a "inshore" one like specks, flounder,or reds, etc. $10 entry fee, biggest fish of the chosen species, winner take all. Just a thought.

Before you do any tournaments, you need to consult the Pier Management and have it approved through them. You will run into many disagreements during any tournament and being able to handle those appropriately is key. Any time money gets involved, it will bring out the worst in people
