Pier fishing7/18-7/21
We will be down for a few days I have 2 boys who are really in to fishing right now was thinking of bringing them to pier to fish. Was wanting to get any info on what we could expect to catch and what bait we will need to use. I feel pretty good about the tackle, we would be more than likely to be fishing afternoon to evening simply because of heat. Thanks for any help and look forward to fishing with you.

Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately not much is being caught lately, but there is still a good chance. The best bait is a live LY for big fish, or cut bait for smaller fish.
You can catch the LYs on a ribbon or sabiki rig. But the best advice I can give you is stop by J&M tackle. You can learn more there in 2 minutes than most anywhere else.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
