If your handyman inclined you can make one easily enough, seen them made from PVC pipe and even red flyer wagons with a framework attached, I made my own out of a old hand truck that folded down into a push cart, just made a framework to stick on it and I was ready, may not be fancy but it does the job very well

put some rod holders on a wheeled cooler and you'll be set .....there is a thread over this and pier carts
mine before I got the pier cart....tackle bag on top with gaff and net was on the back off the handle tucked into the mesh worked good for a few years till I found a real pier cart cheap enough on a spring trip....
here is the link for you to browse .....enjoy it should give you plenty of ideas

I had a pier cart and found it to be too small. If you go to Menards or Home Depot you can buy a yard cart for around $100 bucks and strap a fiew pieces of 2" pvc pipe on the side of it you have lots of room for coolers and tackel boxes and bait buckets

I have a garden cart with the rod holders made into a solid manifold secured to it with ss worm gear clamps. It is for sale cheap but it is in North Alabama. I used it twice in the pier and it works fine but you need to take your stuff out of it to load and unload in your truck.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
