Perdido pass
I know this is the pier forum. Just wondering if there were any reports from the pass? I will be heading down from Birmingham this weekend and plan to fish the pier and the pass. Any advice or reports as to what to expect would help thanks.

[size=12pt]the reports for the pass are on the Alabama Coastal General Fishing board, but not anything too recent.

Re: Perdido pass
The pass will start doing better in a couple of weeks when the catfish stop their spawning.
Once they leave, the fun fishes will take over.

Re: Perdido pass
Some Ladyfish have already been spotted, so I anticipate this coming Thurs-Mon to be swamped.
But, don't miss the picnic on Saturday at the GSSP.

A good way for us to all "calibrate" the turbidity numbers will be for people to report their general impression of visibility pretty often (including time of day) at the station. Which brings up...
