PCB Charter recommendation
Anybody have a recommendation for a crew in PCB that does walk-on (2ppl) bottom fishing trips? Ive got a list of guys I like in OB and Perdido, but a couple of friends are staying in PCB next week. Thanks!

Well, I looked and it seems there is an app called AL Coastal Observing System but it seems to be locked and says to contact the owner. I don’t understand.
