Orange Beach Phoenix 8
Looking to do a bit of early morning fishing while there in June of 2014. I know this is pier fishing but looking for tips/info for surf fishing whilst staying at the Phoenix 8 on Orange Beach. I heard Pier#r is the man around here for any info.
Hope to hear some responses. Thanks guys/gals!

Phoenix VIII is right next door to Four Seasons (Pier).
Some decent wade and shore fishing in that area depending on weather and water conditions.
Nice 'holes' at Cotton Bayou public beach to the west of the pier.(RETIRED) mostly.
