I was there a week in March and the middle and last weeks of April and I never saw them open when I drove by.

I heard Hooked Up bought a lot of the inventory and with Butch's health not being the best I doubt they reopen. For the last ten years that corner has been rumored to be needed by the state for canal road expansion and rumor has it over the last three GS has talked about wanting it to expand their waterway district or what ever it's called but wont pull the trigger due the of the state. If all this is true, I'd hate to be in his shoes having a prime corner lot but not being able to cash in on it for retirement.

I would hate to be the person tasked with making Butch move. Or do anything for that matter.
