New AL King record
NEW state record King Mackerel caught on the Fish On! The angler was Matt Borden from Trussville, Alabama. This weighed 69.64 pounds!!! Captain Nickie Lighterman and first mate Jimmy Phillips

This record is more believable :yay: I still think the story of the eight year old who broke the record was kind of fishy. oke1:

Who knows if it's true or not but I've seen a 9 yr old jig up AJ 50+ lbs, not that I've ever caught a 70lb king but I'd think a 50lb AJ would fight more than a 70lb King. I think it's very believable.
With the rules in regs in place, will this one break the record? Didn't the 8yr old tie the record?
