In need of a possible helping hand!
My wife and I are heading down there this friday and my pier cart is nowhere near completion due to lack of finding supplies that I need. So here is the big question.... Does anyone have an extra pier cart we can borrow while we are down there. I will gladly give some money for letting us borrow it. I just don't want to haft to buy one while we are there when I'm half way done building one. I know this is a short time period before we are heading down there, but if anyone does have one that don't mind us borrowing, can you please let me know asap that way I'll know wether to bring my hitch a haul down on my pathfinder. We will be staying with family so it will be kept in a garage when not in use so won't be an issue of being stolen at a condo or anything. Thanks for reading my plea!

CountryBoy, I had a somewhat similar request regarding renting beach carts/pier carts. The suggestion I got was to contact John G at J&M Tackle. I guess there was a time he was considering renting them. I never followed up on this, but figured I'd let you know that was the suggestion I got.

I have a 4 wheel wagon with pvc rod holders that works great. I built it to use at the pier and was letting my wife use the aluminum cart. She doesn't like it so now I have the wagon and don't use it. I'm right on I65 just across the TN line. Plenty of room for a small cooler tacle box and bucket. You can borrow it on your way down.

I just looked on a map chillinfish and going to i65 from where i'm heading from would tack almost another 3 hours on the trip to swing by. I appreciate the offer though and hope to see you down in paradise one day!

I've got one you can use. It needs a handle though. Handle got bent and apparently thrown away. Might be able to rig it some way. Was thinking maybe a ski tow rope would work for a quick fix. Don't hardly ever use it so I never looked for a replacement. You're welcome to use it if you want to try and come up with something.

Doc, I lost the handle off my cart somewhere and had to order another one. Seems like it was less than $20 shipped from the factory....fish-n-mate I think?

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
