    Navy cove

I will be staying at navy cove on bay side of ft Morgan and was wondering what the fishing was like behind condo on bay. Have a boat chartered one day and was wanting to do a little more fishing while there, plan on trying surf just didn't know what bay side behind condo was like, any advice is greatly appreciated

Kbm I would go toward fort and stop by Marina next to Tacky Jacks go to the marina store to get bait and I always ask the guy who puts boats in and out for info.He is from New England area and is a great guy and will tell you what's biting.Just talk about the Patriots and that will make his day.You can pay 4 bucks and fish the marina pier so bring a chair and sometimes the blue fish are there all day.
Or you can fish early am or late afternoon on no name road-last road before getting in the fort on left hand side of road and fish out front good for surf fishing 2 nd sand bar.Use live shrimp or fresh bait period.Current can be a little strong there so bring a few heavy weights.
Have a great vacation Enjoy the beach,GSPP,and catch em up.
