Minnkota Engine Mount Trolling Motor?
Hey guys,
Anyone have any recommendations as far as Minnkota Engine Mount trolling motors go? I have a 17-1/2' Glastron Bowrider with a 190 Horse Volvo Penta stern drive.
It's more of a ski boat than a fishing boat, but I'm trying to make it more dual purpose, rod holders and such. I think it's to small of a boat for a dedicated kicker motor. I could mount a bow mount trolling motor in front but that would take up seating area. These engine mount Minnkotas mount right on the cavitation plates of stern or outboard motors. This is the way I'm looking at going unless I hear any reasons as to why I shouldn't.
Thanks

Touché Fin.....
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
