Looking for some advise
Hello. My name is Scott. I am going to be vacationing in Gulf Shores at the end of the month. I would really like to go Redfishing. I am a tournament bass angler in California. Can somebody steer me in the right direction? Guides? Bank Fishing? Where? any advise would be great. Thanks in advance

My opinion is a guide since you probably won't be bringing your own boat. The guide will have all of the year you need, but if you're like me you may want to bring some bass gear. Just rinse it off, and pick the reels you're not as fond of just in case. You'll need to let the guide know you are specifically looking for redfish. A lot of times the clients are just looking to catch fish so they will go after what is biting best. This time of year early morning is better then midday (usually) so if you have the option I would personally go for two three hour trips instead of one 5-6 hour trips (which also helps if you are rained out or skunked one day).
